Install instructions
using the app for the first time will require entering the settings menu,
navigation is done through buttons at the bottom of the screen,
button with # on the settigns screen will reset them to thier defaults,
red dot buton that starts recording data, press white square to stop, recorded data gets copied to clipboard and displayed on screen
